Game show producer/host Chuck Barris

Postby StevenHW » Wed Mar 22, 2017 1:01 pm

Passed away at age 87.

He also wrote the pop song "Palisades Park", a hit for Freddy Cannon in 1962. His book Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind later became a film with George Clooney and Sam Rockwell.

Lesser-known fact about him was that he once lived in one of Drumpf's properties: The Trump Plaza!

I didn't know any of that stuff about him, or maybe was attending to other matters when people were talking about it.

"Pallisades Park"!

You find out what someone is really like in "battle," and Olbermann is who you want to be in a foxhole with, Patrick said. "On the air, we had each others' backs," said Olbermann.
