Tokyo - World's smallest fully-functional grand piano.

Tokyo - Man controls an electric train with his mind.

El Salvador - Anti-Drug Foundation organizes a street race of drunks. The drunks are given a shot of grain alcohol and then asked to run a straight line. The three winners got rehab, the losers...nothing.

Newsmakers:

3. George Lucas - 30 years after donating the Tatooine sets to the people of Tunisia, they are still being used as homes.

2. Erion Buza - Man had a $1,000 shower head stolen when he and his contractor installed it in his new house before they installed any of the doors.

1. Governor Katherine Blanco - Dinner with the governor (as part of a charity auction) sold for $1.

For those who are admirers of Tatooini architecture, Earthship Biotecture might be worth looking into. Certain aspects are very reminiscent.
